Most states currently allow people with mild to moderate levels of central vision loss to apply for restrictive type of driving privileges, after satisfactory completion of some type of formalized low vision driving related instructional services.

1) Provide updates re status of bioptic driving, available ADED in-car service providers, and proposed method(s) of delivery of services
2) Provide examples of how some states and consumer organizations are addressing the unmet transportation needs of high school students with visual impairments
3) Share feedback re adaptive driving survey questionnaire disseminated (2024-2025) and states interest in adaptive driving services for students with visual impairment.
